Marquis

Chef Marquis is a graduate of ICE New York (2016) and a Navy veteran whose eight years of global travel deeply shaped his bold, Island Traditional cooking style. He’s worked in kitchens across Houston, NYC, Warwick (NY), and Norfolk (VA), earning a reputation for vibrant flavors and the rare ability to turn first-time guests into loyal regulars.

For the past three years, Marquis has been a traveling chef, curating pop-ups, private dinners, and restaurant collaborations that bring the kitchen to life. His approach is immersive, energetic, and always aimed at surprising guests with dishes that exceed expectations.

Adam

Adam grew up across Europe, living in England, Spain, Denmark, and Germany before settling in the United States. His early training in hospitality laid the foundation for a career focused on customer service and operations, especially within internet-based companies. With a knack for optimizing workflows and elevating guest experiences, he brings a strategic, service-first mindset to every project.

A seasoned traveler with a love for local flavor, Adam is just as passionate about discovering hidden food spots as he is about building seamless event experiences. From dive bars to street food stalls, he seeks out the soul of a place through its people and its plates—bringing that same curiosity and care to every collaboration.
